Factory Manager

1. Plan overall production in accordance with production orders, such as manpower, machinery, production schedule, etc.
2. Follow up on production results and provide recommendations for improvement
3. Check the results of quality problem resolution and control for correction
4. Control the operations of the Engineer department to be in accordance with the work duties
5. Control the operations of the QC department. to be in accordance with the work duties
6. Check and approve monthly reports
7. Perform tasks as assigned by senior executives
8. Supervise the operations to be in accordance with the ISO system
9. Support operations for related departments
10. Co-control and implement related activities within the company
11. Support and respond to customer needs

1. Receive orders
2. Contact and coordinate with customers to meet customer needs
3. Coordinate between customers and internal departments regarding production and delivery processes
4. Order products to meet customer needs or orders
5. Prepare documents related to sales work, including coordinating problem solving in various related tasks
6. Other tasks assigned
